Driving in Denver

I've been in Denver since Monday. Darn good thing I brought "Maggie" with me. "Maggie" is our little Magellan GPS. The kids named coined that one because it speaks with a woman's voice. Elizabeth said it was like a wife only better. I'm seeing some similarities. She thinks she's right all the time.

Back to the driving... I am still getting used to satellite radio and I don't think I need a hundred music options in the car. It took me half an hour to scan through all the stations. As it was scanning there were all sorts of horrible traffic reports talking about big backups and blockages on the road. I couldn't understand how one city could have so many major blocking accidents at one time. Does ANYONE in Denver know how to drive? I finally pulled off to reset Maggie because she got me lost. At that point I realized that the traffic reports were coming being piped in from San Diego, Las Vegas and L.A. That was a relief. Now, instead of listening to the traffic reports, I prefer to listen to Maggie. If I had done that in the first place I would not have gotten lost because... the wife is usually right.
